Once again pairing the trained eye for quality poultry of your family butcher with the attention to detail & cooking techniques of an experienced qualified chef.
Slow Cooked Prime Irish Spiced Beef- (1.5kg/3.3lbs)
A classic Christmas favourite, and, a real taste of Cork. Cured in a special blend of aromatic spices it truly is a taste sensation! Cooked low and slow to bring you the most tender spiced beef youve ever tasted. Best when sliced thin, and our personal favourite for a good old fashioned Christmas Sandwich!
Traditional Baked Ham- (2kg/ 4.5lbs)
Specially selected quality ham has been given the Chef Grizz treatment. Cooked for 9 hrs in a specially designed oven infused with a hint of apple & rosemary. It's to die for. You simply can not reproduce this quality at home in a domestic kitchen. Eat as it is or spread liberally with the Chef Grizz xmas ham glaze and bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 20 mins.

10 Mini Xmas Pudding Truffles
6-month matured xmas pudding 70% coco dark chocolate topped with white chocolate and christmas sprinkles. Individually hand made truffles made by Chef Grizz. These are sure to add a touch of luxury & decadence to your Christmas table.
Apple, Onion & Thyme Stuffing
Traditional stuffing with a hint of pink lady apple to balance the flavours. Made with real butter and veg stock. Not great for the figure but fantastic food for the soul!
Chef Grizz Xmas Gravy
Rich red wine gravy made with real roast turkey juices and lightly flavoured with xmas spices. Its so good you could drink the whole tub. This is a secret family recipe past down from Grahams grandmother.
Calvados, Double Mustard & Honey Glaze.
This sticky, sweet & spicy glaze is the perfect pairing for your xmas ham. Infused with an apple brandy, this truly is something special. This is not your normal over the counter glaze and can be used as a marinade for chicken or spread over a fillet of salmon to take any dish to the next level.
Red Onion & Cranberry Jam
Tasty accompaniment to meats and cheese. Great with turkey and spiced beef. Tangy & sweet, made with red wine, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, red onion and cranberries.
